Muhtar is a subscription service that gives you a dedicated, real human concierge for your micro-neighborhood. They know your block, your building, and the best local service providers. You text them whenever you need something handled, and they take care of it.

No. TaskRabbit connects you with strangers for one-off tasks, with no memory or local knowledge. Your Muhtar concierge is a consistent person who knows your neighborhood deeply. They don't perform tasks themselves. They know exactly who to call, they book them for you, and they make sure it gets done right. Think hotel concierge, not gig worker.

Text or call, whatever you prefer. Your concierge is available during service hours and will respond within minutes. For urgent requests, like lockouts or leaks, there's a priority line.

Three things. First, they answer local questions from deep personal knowledge of your area. Second, they coordinate on your behalf: booking service providers, making calls, scheduling appointments. Third, for a limited number of requests per month, they can physically be there for things like letting in a delivery or meeting a contractor at your apartment.

They won't walk your dog, clean your apartment, or babysit. They're an orchestrator, not a service provider. But they'll find you the best dog walker, cleaner, or babysitter on your block, and they'll book them for you.
